We offer a full range of services from specification build, design development and full design and installation, to full post contract maintenance services across both M & E services. We undertake work on a design build criteria, full spec or bill of quantities basis.
With over 30 year’s experience in the Mechanical and Electrical Service industry, CBS Engineers and staff are fully qualified and trained in all aspects within their appropriate fields, and are backed by accreditations, and memberships within the appropriate industry bodies.
We have developed strong and reliable working relationships with designers/consultants, architects, specialist contractors, manufacturers and suppliers in this time, enabling us to carry out projects with M & E values of up to £2 million.
With our in house design and CAD drawing team, we can project manage works from initial design, through to project completion and handover to client. Our design team believe in offering the client the best possible “value engineering” solutions to suit all clients’ needs.
Our Expertise
Our expertise in the Heritage and listed Building sector, has been developed over many years working in complex buildings with clients such as the National Theatre, Apsley House, Carlton Club Pall Mall, English Heritage Buildings, Faradays, Old National Trust Headquarters, Orbiton Estates, The Banqueting House and many more. CBS take on board all initial design drawings, Builders Work drawings and full specification for submittal to building control.
